Gregory Preves has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in the areas of corporate law and governance, contracts, construction law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. He has spent almost 16 years with Curran Group, Inc. and currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel. During his career, Greg practiced law as an associate at several Chicago-area litigation firms, served as a judicial law clerk to Justices Fred G. Geiger and Susan F. Hutchinson of the Illinois Appellate Court, and taught legal writing courses at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law as an adjunct faculty member. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He lives in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with his wife and three children.
