Michelle Parsons is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in driving value creation and operational efficiency. She brings these skills to her current role as CFO of Curran Group. In her previous role, as the CFO of Currax Pharmaceuticals, she led successful mergers and acquisitions, restructured business operations, and implemented robust governance models. Before that, Michelle held key roles at Horizon Therapeutics, and Fresenius Kabi, where she excelled in financial planning, ERP implementations, and cost reduction strategies. Her leadership has resulted in significant synergy achievements, top-line growth, and substantial tax savings. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University and has received numerous industry awards, including the 2021 Nashville Business Journal CFO of the Year Nominee and in 2017 the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary Award Winner. She lives with her husband and two children in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
